Crippling Wave (Breaking Wave) does 110% damage, has nice debuffs, and makes targets take 10% more damage from everyone.Crippling Wave (Mangle) does 143% damage, and has some nice debuffs.Deadly Reach (Foresight) does 110% damage, but increases all your damage by 18%.Deadly Reach (Scattered Blows) does 110% damage + 170% damage every 3rd hit.Fists of Thunder (Bounding Light) does 110% damage + 73% damage every 3rd hit.Spirit spenders will give you more damage per attack, but you need spirit to use them, so you need some sort of rotation. Accumulated Spirit depletes as the Monk executes Spirit Spender abilities. Spirit builds up as the Monk makes use of Spirit Builder skills. The skills and abilities of the Monk are powered by Spirit, a source of spiritual energy. A master of melee, the skills of the Monk encompass a variety of abilities emphasizing the Monks talent for dealing and dodging damage in close quarter melee combat. The skills and abilities of the Monk are divided into Active Skills and Passive Skills, with Active Skills further divided into Spirit Builders, Spirit Spenders and Situational abilities.
